Vocal Health Services

Just like elite athletes, singers need a variety of services to keep our voices healthy and strong.

Your voice deserves nothing less than a team of experts who care as much about your craft as you do.

Vocal Massage

All athletes benefit from soft tissue work, and vocal athletes are no exception. Vocal massage helps reduce excessive muscle tension and maintain flexibility and mobility in your voice, keeping you in top form. Sessions can be booked for 30 or 60 minutes and are in person in Los Alamitos or Santa Monica.

TRE® -Tension and Trauma Release Exercises

TRE is a simple set of exercises to assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma to facilitate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming the nervous system. When I began my TRE practice it had such a profound positive effect on my overall stress level and my voice that I knew I had to become certified and offer it to my clients.
