Privacy and Intellectual Property Clause
The content and materials provided within CrystalVoice Studio’s subscriptions, programs, and offerings are the proprietary intellectual property of Crystal Barron and CrystalVoice Studio. By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge that all course and program materials, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written content, exercises, and any supplementary materials, are protected under copyright laws and are intended for your personal use only.

Private Use: Your enrollment grants you access to the program materials solely for your personal educational use. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reproducing any program content with anyone else, whether in digital or physical form.

Commercial Use: You are not permitted to use any program materials for your own financial gain, including but not limited to reselling the materials, incorporating them into your own paid programs or courses, or using them in any manner that would generate income for you or a third party.

Institutional Use: If you are a voice education or medical professional and wish to incorporate any program materials into your own practice, an institutional license must be purchased. This license grants you the right to use the materials within your professional capacity, under the terms outlined in the institutional license agreement. Unauthorized use of the program materials in a professional setting without an institutional license constitutes a violation of this agreement and will be subject to legal action.

By accessing the materials, you agree to comply with these terms. Crystal Barron and CrystalVoice Studio reserve the right to terminate your access to any offerings and pursue legal action if these terms are violated.
