You’ve signed up for our CrystalVoice Studio TEEN program, which includes 2 half hours per month of private lessons (in person or online), plus 1 group performance class per month (class is offered 2 times during the month—you may attend the 2nd class at no additional charge).

This program is $250 per month.

Now that you’ve signed up, your subscription begins and your monthly tuition will be auto withdrawn each month on the first. (Unless otherwise specified/requested, if you signed up on the 16th or later, your next payment will be on the first of the following full month, giving you more than a month to get your first month’s lessons in—you may attend all performance classes during this time at no additional charge)

You are now able to schedule yourself for your lessons and also any group classes you wish to attend.

In order to do that, there is one more step to take in Acuity Scheduling, if you haven’t done it already. You will need to set up a client account. Here is some information on how to do that:

You can schedule yourself and reschedule as needed as long as you are within our studio policy: 24 hours for illness or a minimum of 72 hours for all other schedule changes.

If you can’t remember what you have scheduled, you can always check your acuity account page and all your upcoming lessons should be listed there, so that you can manage your schedule.

*Pro tip: Bookmark your acuity account page in your browser tool bar, so you don’t have to search in your emails for it!

Please note the following

  • You are responsible for all your rescheduling.  Please don’t ask me to do it for you. (See above for instructions on how to work with acuity scheduling) If after watching the videos you are still having troubles using Acuity, please email me to request assistance.

  • Any no shows or late cancels (inside of 24 hours) will not be available for makeups or rescheduling.  

  • I have adequate time slots open and available, so as long as you plan in advance, you should be able to easily get your lessons in each month.

  • If you decide you need to take a break or stop lessons, please provide 30 days written notice (email preferred).  

  • Makeup lessons must be completed in the same calendar month (or within 1 week if the reschedule happens during the last week of the month).  I am always available to move your lesson online if either of us is sick within 24 hours of your lesson. I can also provide a curated list of videos, activities and exercises if you or I are ill and do not wish to meet online, so that the time is not lost. PLEASE do not come to your lesson sick. If you have any symptoms, at my discretion I may ask you to leave and the lesson time will be lost for that day. 

*Pro tip: don’t wait till the end of the month to schedule ;)

Parents, I highly recommend involving your teen in this scheduling process. It may be a little messy at first, but if you can ride out the bumpiness, they will absolutely build the skill of managing their own calendar within a few months, which is a PRICELESS skill going into their later teen years and adulthood.
